Remote Caregiver - If you don't live close to an older parent, family member or someone you worry about

If you don't live close enough to be of immediate help to someone you love, our service still allows you to share some of the responsibility for their care with relatives and remain an important part of the family's support network. The wonderful thing about our service is that the service will always be there even if you can't. You can reassure your loved one that they're always in close touch with those who care. If the HTS Personal Help Button is pressed, HTS will quickly send the most appropriate assistance and will notify you about exactly what actions were taken (such as contacting a neighbor, family member, doctor or emergency service providers).
